We’ve also added new flat benches, incline benches, decline benches, preacher curl, incline and decline press.
We have over 60 pieces of cardio equipment, which include new Life Fitness treadmills and ellipticals, Precors, Stairmasters, Tru-Striders, rowing machine, Netpulse upright and recumbent bikes, 80% of which will have their own TV. We are also the only local gym with an exclusive personal training area.

STEPS TO SUCCESS! This free goal tracking program is included in your membership here at Robious Sports and Fitness. The program is designed to help all members achieve their goals and improve their quality of life! Our Fitness Staff will motivate and encourage you along the way!

Robious Sports and Fitness WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE!
Are you ready to make a lifestyle change? We’ll show you the way to a slimmer you. This program consists of three full evaluations, weekly meetings with dietician, weekly weigh-ins, organized exercise with a trainer twice a week. Meetings with the dietician include a food plan, nutrition handouts and food diary checks.

Total Fitness
Come learn how to make the most of your time at the gym. Total Fitness is a 12-week class designed to teach you about cardiovascular and strength training to help you understand how your body responds to exercise. The information sessions will guide you through your workouts. We will conduct pre and post tests to show you the improvements you’ve made in 12-weeks!
